Tabletop Exhibitions
The tabletop exhibition will be held during the luncheon and attendees will have access to the exhibits in the banquet room where our buffet lunch will be served. This way, attendees can enjoy lunch while reviewing the many new exciting developments our exhibitors will present in the area of compliance packaging. We are providing 1 ½ hours to provide attendees and exhibitors adequate time to converse.
We are offering 8 exclusive tabletop exhibit spaces at $1,500 each. Registration for these tabletops will be provided on a first come, first serve basis via our on-line registration. Each tabletop registration provides a complimentary registration to a member company representative.
Terms and Conditions of Participation in Symposium Tabletop Exhibitions
- Display hours will be from 12:00 - 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, May 5, 2010 during the Symposium's buffet luncheon
- Table top dimensions are 6 ft x 1.5 ft
- Only material that can be placed on top of the table may be displayed (banners, backdrops, free-standing exhibits, etc., are not allowed).

Standard electrical hookups are available for an additional $50 and may be used with videos or small devices so long as they can be placed safely on top of the table.
- The HCPC will have sole responsibility for assigning tabletop locations, and will make a good faith effort not to place competitors within close proximity to each other.
